ABOUT ME

Tyrese Lane is a photographer from Prattville, Alabama. He attends Marion Military Institute in Marion, Alabama and currently, works as MMI Intramural sports photographer and Yearbook staff member. He has been an amateur photographer for five years constantly honing his craft. He’s recently received over ten top choice peer awards from professional photographers. His biggest inspirations in photography are Ansel Adams and Joseph Lawrence both men have extraordinary and unique works of art that Tyrese would love to someday compare with.

Usually, during any of his shoots, Tyrese plans it two or three weeks ahead and things pan out from there. Once everything begins it’s like a singer making an album or an athlete preparing for a game it is all about focus. He takes over a thousand pictures during a shoot, so that way he has a variety of photos to choose from. “I want to make sure the audience not only notices my feelings in a photo but capture the deep raw emotion in it as well,” said Tyrese.
